We all have to start somewhere, and thus this is my beginning. Do I think I will change the world with this website? No, if only I was that deep and these things had any influence. Would I like it to make small changes to my life? Yes, absolutely. The idea is a good one. My husband came up with it. I have time every morning to try the 30/30/30. You may have heard of this diet and exercise method. Within 30 minutes of waking, you do 30 mins of low-intensity cardio and have 30 grams of protein. It is very trendy right now, but will it work?
Benefits of thirty-day challenges……..
Is there a benefit? Sure. Right? Women struggle to get enough protein into their meals. An easy morning activity will wake your brain up and be gentle on the body. Anyone else try Shaun T at 5 am? The hardest thing in the world is going squat jumps after 10 minutes of being awake. But does it help with weight control? Does it make me feel better? Will it jumpstart my day? Will I stick with it? All good questions for me. And like myth busters, I am going to find out.
Goal for Challenge
- Is it doable? Is it even enjoyable to do?
- Creating more energy for the day?
- Weight loss by curbing those nasty craving and boosting my metabolism?
As with most thirty-day challenges like these, my results are mine alone. It does not mean this will or will not work for you. Anyone partaking in any new health regimen should consult their physician be starting.
